CleanSmart makes ATEX-compliant parts cleaning with highly flammable liquids a breeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CleanSmart provides automatic, time-controlled cleaning of small parts up to approximately 300 mm in size.
With the help of 24 cleaning nozzles and the use of recycling cleaning fluid, the best possible cleaning results are guaranteed.
Highly flammable fluids such as 100% acetone can be safely used.
Compared to manual cleaning with highly volatile cleaning agents, operator exposure to hazardous substances is minimised and solvent consumption is significantly reduced.
CleanSmart can also be fitted with our proven automatic fresh rinse system, which rinses the parts with fresh cleaning fluid at the end of the automatic cleaning process if the circulating fluid is already heavily contaminated.
This means that the recycling fluid can be used for a much longer time, resulting in even greater solvent savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CleanSmart also has a pump operated brush for manual cleaning with circulating fluid and a manual fresh rinse nozzle for fresh cleaning fluid only.
This allows manual parts cleaning when certain parts with hard-to-reach areas cannot be cleaned completely automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integrated B-TEC extraction system ensures that hazardous vapours are extracted from the machine as soon as the lid is opened.
This provides the user with the best possible protection during both automatic and manual cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
