RapidSun is a portable LED UV-A drying light for quick and easy spot repair drying of UV-A coatings.

With its ergonomic design, the low weight of only 0.6 kg as well as its powerful output of 280 mW/cm², the mobile drying light convinces with the fastest drying times even in hard-to-reach spots.
The combination of two different UV LEDs, enables the drying of UV paints and coatings that react to UV rays at 365 nm as well as at 395 nm.
The total of 16 LEDs therefore cover a wide range of applications for a great variety of paint types and paint manufacturers – for a perfect drying result and optimum paint curing.
The powerful 14.8 V lithium-ion battery enables a working time of up to 60 minutes. Afterwards, the battery can be quickly and easily replaced with the second battery included as standard. With drying times of less than 60 seconds, there are no waiting times and RapidSun is always ready for use.
The maintenance-free LEDs with a service life of up to 20,000 operating hours and active cooling make RapidSun a reliable partner in the paint and body shop or for mobile spot repair workstations.
The application is carried out in even flowing movements and at a similar distance from the object as with a spray gun – simple and intuitive.
As UV radiation does not emit heat, RapidSun can also be used on heat-sensitive surfaces without any problems.
