IR-B02-Evolution
The IR-B02-Evolution combines the outstanding drying performance of the B-TEC IR-B03-Evolution with the compact dimensions of the B-TEC IR-B02. The three gold-metallised emitters and reflectors allow a drying area of up to 1000×1100 mm with excellent heat distribution. The Spot-Repair-Feature allows the activation of only one emitter for best possible energy efficiency also with small drying areas.
In addition, the IR-B02-Evolution is equipped with a permanent and automatic ultrasonic distance sensor to monitor the perfect distance to the object at all times.
Double swivel castors also allow easy manoeuvring even over gratings.
Like all B-TEC IR dryers (except for IR-X), the IR-B02-Evolution also features 2-stage drying (flashlight / continuous drying) to heat the paint gently from the inside to the outside, thus preventing painting problems such as “boiling” and “biting”.
Unlike medium- or long-wave infrared radiation, short-wave infrared radiation penetrates the coating and thus heats it from the inside out. Complete sealing of the paint surface with wet paint layers still underneath is effectively prevented.
