AS-1200-SW

AS-1200-SW is a worktable and spray wall in one, providing an efficient workstation for colour matching and spray-out cards, as well as small painting and coating tasks. Specifically developed for use in body shops and mixing rooms, it enables the rapid coating of colour samples, for example, without occupying a spray booth. By connecting the unit to an existing extraction system, paint overspray and solvent vapours are captured quickly and efficiently. This protects the operator from harmful substances and unpleasant odours while helping to meet applicable legal requirements (legal requirements may vary from country to country).

For colour matching applications, spray-out cards can be positioned directly in front of the extraction wall, capturing overspray at the source. AS-1200-SW is also ideal for painting small components and parts which do not require the use of a large spray booth. The integrated compressed-air connection with pressure regulation provides a convenient way to connect spray guns directly at the workstation, and the included spray-gun holder helps ensure everything required for small coating jobs is always within reach.

Thanks to its magnetic filter holder system, filter replacement on the AS-1200-SW is quick and straightforward. Used filters can be removed easily, and new filters can be installed just as conveniently. The adjustable filter holder also accommodates filters of varying thicknesses.

For even greater workplace efficiency, an optional rotating part holder is available. This allows components to be rotated and coated from all sides without the need to touch them directly during the painting process.

 In combination with the B-TEC ST-01 drying system, freshly coated spray-out panels and small parts can be dried quickly. This accelerates colour matching processes and increases overall workplace efficiency.
