The patented R-800 sets new standards for the external cleaning of
- Airless and Airmix® paint spray guns
- Boiler paint spray guns
- High-pressure and low-pressure paint spray guns
With its compact design, the R-800 is ideal for both solvent-based and water-based gun cleaning. An excellent cleaning result is achieved without the need for costly and time-consuming dismantling of material hoses, nozzles and other components.
The external cleaning of the spray gun is carried out with the hose package connected to the spray gun in the closed unit, activated via the timer.
Multi-layer paint build-up is effectively prevented.
Furthermore, the R-800 is the ideal parking station for the gun with simultaneous cleaning during production breaks.
Open cleaning containers are now definitely a thing of the past!
The R-800 can also be excellently combined with the S-800 internal rinsing device – the complete cleaning station for the gun and hose package.
