Duplex-800
The Duplex-800 is the perfect spray gun washer for companies that use both gravity guns and tube-connected spray guns such as Airless, Airmix and pressure tank paint spray guns.
On the left-hand side of the washer, the gravity gun is cleaned automatically by a timer and 10 spray nozzles.
Certainly equipped with the B-TEC air flow system, the air channel of the spray gun is perfectly protected during automatic cleaning and contamination behind the air cap is prevented. The air cap does not need to be removed – less mechanical damage to paint and spray guns and high time savings.
On the right-hand side of the unit, a tube-connected spray gun can be automatically cleaned from the outside.
An excellent cleaning result is achieved without the need for costly and time-consuming dismantling of material hoses, nozzles and other components. External cleaning of the spray gun is carried out with the hose package connected to spray gun in the closed unit, activated by the timer. Multi-layer build-up is effectively prevented.
Open cleaning containers are now finally a thing of the past!
The Duplex-800 can also be excellently combined with the S-800 interior rinsing device – the complete cleaning station for gun and hose package.

Opening of the spray / paint guns by a trigger clamp takes place inside the gun washer after the gun sits perfectly on the cleaning nozzle.
